Swedish Massage - $90.00/hr.   $130/1.5 hrs

This classic European body massage technique uses soothing, relaxing strokes to increase circulation, improve skin and muscle tone, and achieve total relaxation. (Prenatal Massages are available in 2nd and 3rd Trimesters for $100.00)

Hot Stone Massage - $125.00/hr.

The hot stone experience relieves pain, promotes harmony, balance and peace. This therapeutic treatment is especially good for areas of chronic muscle pain. Stones are used to sedate & dilate the blood vessels helping to take the body into a deeper state of relaxation.

Couple's Massage - $210.00/hr.

Enjoy the relaxation of a full body 1 hour Swedish Massage with someone that is special to you. This can be done simultaneously in the privacy of your room upon request at scheduling. Avamere, Albemarle, Newcastle & Pinewood rooms only.

 Sports Massage - $100.00/hr.

Massage dedicated to increasing joint mobility, soothing aching muscles and relieving stress. We customize this treatment to address your individual areas of muscle fatigue and tension.

Neck & Shoulders Massage - $75.00/45 min.

We concentrate on releasing tension in the neck and shoulder area where physical and emotional stresses most often manifest themselves. Enjoy this refreshing massage for quick relief on the run!

Full Body Deep Tissue Massage - $150.00/1.5 hrs.

Wonderful for pre and post sports events as well as overworked muscle groups.  Recommended for those familiar with massage and require firm pressure.  

Aromatherapy Massage - $125.00/hr.

A true rebalancing of your mind, body and spirit!  10 essential oils from plants and flowers are placed on various body points along with a gentle body massage.  Satisfy Your Senses    

Reiki Massage - $90.00/hr.

Reiki is a healing energy. Balanced energy flows through the therapist's hands as they are placed on your body. Reiki energy helps bring balance on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. This full body treatment will leave you thoroughly relaxed.
